Andy Roddick’s 12 year career as a professional tennis player has come to an end, after the 30-year-old was knocked out of the US Open by Juan Martin del Potro this morning (September 6).
Less than a week after announcing that it would be his last event as a professional tennis player, Andy Roddick has advanced to the fourth round of the US Open after defeating Fabio Fognini 7-5, 7-6, 4-6, 6-4 over the weekend.
