The biggest tennis tournament of the year is currently underway in London, England, where eight of the best singles players in the world are duking it out for the chance to be crowned 2012 ATP World Tour champion.
Novak Djokovic is currently looking like the strongest man in the field, and is leading group A after opening his tournament with a dominant result against Jo-Wilfried Tsonga.
Djokovic then went on to secure a come from behind victory over London 2012 champion and longtime rival Andy Murray to take his record to 2-0 and send him to the top of the table.
The race for the other group A semi-final spot is still wide open however, with Andy Murray and Tomas Berdych each sitting on one win apiece.
After losing to Djokovic, Murray came back nicely with a victory against Berdych and now just needs to get through Tsonga if he wants to secure his place in the semis.
Berdych faces a tougher ask however, as he will need to defeat Djokovic in order to move forward and keep his ATP World Tour Championship hopes alive.
Meanwhile in group B, Roger Federer has started his tournament in style as well with a 6-3, 6-1 win over Janko Tipsarevic.
In the process, the Swiss Maestro racked up a record 40th win in the ATP World Tour Championships. Federer is hoping to defend his title, having won this event last year with an impressive victory over Tsonga in the finals.
David Ferrer has also registered his first win of the event, taking down Juan Martin del Potro in a hard fought contest, 6-3, 3-6, 6-4.
The win continued Ferrer's rich run of form – the 30-year-old Spaniard now having won his last 11 matches in a row – and marked him as a potential dark horse in this tournament.
Who do you think is going to win the 2012 ATP World Tour championship? Are you in Djokovic's corner? Or are you rooting for the Fed Express?
